Shipping, CITES & Lacey Act

Do you ship guitars internationally?

Yes, we can ship our guitars anywhere in the world.

Is it safe to ship a guitar without a case?

We use custom made shipping cartons and have safely shipped hundreds of guitars without cases around the world. A hardshell case however will offer you great peace of mind and protection.

Will I have to pay customs duty or taxes?

This varies from country to country and you should check with your local customs office. Chances are we've shipped guitars to your location so by all means ask us and we might be able to held based on past customer feedback in your area.

Do you use any CITES restricted materials?

No.

We avoid the use of restricted materials to ensure our guitars can be shipped safely around the world.

No rosewoods (Dalbergia spp) are used in any components. Our rope binding and rosettes feature Pau Ferro (Libidibia ferrea) and Rock Maple (Acer saccharum).

Ebony bridges are made from West African Ebony (Diospyros crassiflora) sourced from sustainably managed forests in Cameroon. No guitars feature Madagascar Ebony (Diospyros gracilipes).

We use modern stone and synthetic pearl inlays in place of shell products.
